I interviewed with the HR person and the woman who would be my supervisor. They asked me a series of general, basic interview questions, and everything went well. A few days later the HR person and I scheduled the second/final interview, which he said was more for me to interview them and get a feel for the company. He called back a few minutes later to say that day wouldn't work, and he would get back to me with a time when everyone was available to do the interview. He never contacted me to try to reschedule. I followed up two times, and both times he apologized and said they were still trying to fit me in. Over a month and a half now, and still nothing. The real problem I have here with this company is that they're blowing me off like you'd blow off someone you don't want to date, but don't want to hurt their feelings. It seems unprofessional that they wouldn't just tell me "Hey we've gone in a different direction, but thank you for your time" instead of making it seem like I was still in their thoughts for the position.

(1) Phone screen by HR. (2) First interview - HR told me everyone was "very impressed." (3) Editing test - HR guy told me I did "very well." (4) Second interview - mostly they were selling me on the company.
