Went for first round of interview which was fine, everyone was friendly. But shocking to hear that there's still a need to go down for an observation to see if i'm a good fit, then a psycho test, and a final round interview, and reference checks before being offered? No one with a fulltime job would be able to do so (taking so many days leave for something that's not confirmed).
