      J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Strive Tech

      The CEO and CFO were incredibly aggressive, gaslighting, crude, and demeaning. The CFO showed up 15 minutes late (without apology) to the one-on-one final interview that he scheduled, seemed incredibly disconnected from the rest of the company, and downplayed my skills and value despite not having read my resume or talked with any of the other employees about me. When you find out that he's a former hedge fund manager, it starts to makes sense. The CEO's not much different and cursed at me for not accepting a tremendously low-balled offer. Easily the worst interview I've had.

      Hi STRIVE candidate, Firstly, we'd like to say thank you for posting your thoughts. We strive to constantly improve and be better. The daily effort to grow sometimes prevents companies from taking a step back, so we always appreciate any feedback provided. We 100% hear you and understand that you didn't have the interview experience you expected. We have a very close camaraderie with all of our amazing teammates and as we continue to build our strong company culture, demeaning or aggressive tone is not our intent and apologize if it was construed that way. In this situation, our management team had really high mutual excitement for you to join the team. Unfortunately, it wasn't a mutual fit based on the compensation range we had on the job listing. Your desire for higher compensation was absolutely appreciated, but unfortunately not a fit at this current time for the role. We value every single candidate that interviews at STRIVE because we wouldn't be where we are today without the teammates that join us in our journey. The teammates we have are deeply appreciated and we make sure to have an amazing family environment where everyone enjoys being here, is highly respected, grows along with the company. We're constantly growing, both as a company and as individuals, so we take this as constructive feedback to improve STRIVE even further. Best of luck in your other role!
