Entretien
The interview process at Stripe consisted of multiple rounds, including an online coding test, a technical interview, and a behavioral interview. While the scheduling was prompt and communication was clear, I found the overall experience disappointing.
The technical interviewers seemed rushed and not very engaging. The questions were challenging but felt disconnected from real-world scenarios, which made it difficult to demonstrate practical problem-solving skills. Feedback was minimal, leaving me uncertain about my performance and areas for improvement. The behavioral round also felt more like a checklist than a genuine conversation.
On the positive side, the process was well-organized in terms of timing, and the interviewers were punctual. However, the lack of constructive feedback and the impersonal tone of the interviews made the experience frustrating.
Advice to future candidates: Be prepared for algorithm-heavy questions and expect limited guidance during the process. Focus on brushing up on system design and coding fundamentals, as the interviews are highly technical and fast-paced.

Question 1
One of the questions they asked me during the Stripe interview was a coding problem focused on algorithms. Specifically, I was asked to implement a function that checks whether a given string has balanced parentheses. It wasn’t just about writing the code — they expected me to explain my thought process, discuss time complexity, and consider edge cases like nested brackets or empty strings.
That kind of question is pretty typical for Stripe and other tech companies: they want to see not only if you can solve the problem, but also how you reason through it under pressure.
Stripe Interview Process was a tedious one which did not have any aptitude round instead had a video recording assessment round followed by written assignment and then followed by 2 interviews .
