Responded to an online advert and filled out an extensive questionnaire. Some weeks later I got a notification email saying that I was still in the consideration phase. Some weeks later I received a request to schedule an interview. This had to be done via teleconference as the business is based in Malaysia.
Friendly folk with interesting personalities. Get the impression it is very fast-paced, high volume work.
They asked some general questions, nothing hard hitting or remarkable, only had 1 interview though and talked about salary expectations. Do your research as they will reject you if your expectation is not in line with what they are willing to offer.

Entretien
Straightforward and fun. The lead and project manager are very lovely people. They give you a sense of what the team is and what the work culture is. Which is inclusive, friendly and a place to grow both as an artist and individual.
