Applied Thursday, Called and emailed by company on Friday, Interview setup for Monday. The in-person interview was about 15min long on Monday, and I was told the next step was a half-day of shadowing. The job I applied for was a marketing job which the post said included creative decision making, liason to the sales team and campaign analysis duties (fulltime). During my interview the owner told me that was only to get people to come in, because this position would just be for doing event promotions part time and the company prefers to promote from within so maybe someday I could hope to be the marketing coordinator. This was a total bait and switch and a total waste of time.
