The initial round appeared somewhat weird now after I've undergone through, I interviewed with this company twice now, both times with the same recruiter. Despite a strong alignment between my technical skills and experience and the job requirements, the process seemed to take on a rather personal dimension.

Each phase of the interview was great and everyone treated me with respect and was super knowledgable about there area of expertise. The technical interviews were great. Were based around actual challenges the company day to day.
