The interview process at Wagestream was well-organized and efficient. I appreciated being able to meet with multiple team members at once, which saved time and gave a more complete picture of the role and team dynamics. It was great to connect directly with the people I’d potentially be working with. They offered a clear, honest view of the day-to-day responsibilities while also acknowledging that things are still evolving as the company grows, which I found refreshing and realistic.

Had a screening call with the Hiring Team, but was then ghosted - no follow up email with further steps, even after I politely asked for feedback. They did kindly send me an email inviting to me apply for the same position when it was relisted weeks later though.
