After the phone interview, I got invited for an in-person interview which took about an hour. Overall, the questions were repetitive and just twisted to make them seem to be different. I was told that this position needed to be filled ASAP. A week after the in-person interview, I sent a follow-up email and never heard back from this company. WHEN INVITING A CANDIDATE FOR AN IN-PERSON INTERVIEW, BE RESPECTFULLY OF THEIR TIME BY FOLLOWING UP EVEN IF YOU MAY HAVE DECIDED TO PURSUE WITH OTHER CANDIDATES. Another thing, they have a high turnover rate.
