Pretty simple, it was for a junior marketing position but they just needed to see samples of my work and then I met with some of the management team. Worked on a short project too.

Question 1
If my campaign is not performing and I’m missing targets, what are some strategies I would try to improve performance?
I had a fairly straight forward process, email application, followed by and email introduction, with and additional two rounds of phone calls with the marketing leader, followed by an offer.

Overview a campaign that you have run start to finish.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Strategy Institute (Toronto, ON) en févr. 2018

Initial screening over the phone followed by a more in-depth phone interview, followed by an (unpaid, lengthy) assignment project. The thing that bothers me about this place is that they asked me to complete an assignment that was intensive - basically they asked to put together an entire conference half-day event (sessions, speakers, about, etc.) - including speaking to people in the industry to generate the content that would be on a website and what the sessions would be about - this assignment took a lot of time and research and I guess itw as my fault for doing it unpaid. The email I received when I hadn't been chosen was rude and cold, there is a clear lack of professionalism at this organization in addition to almost no knowledge of HR practices/processes. It isn't not being chosen that really got to me, but just the lift required to complete the assignment which would take the average person producing an event of this type months, and I did so in less than one week.
I do believe the reviews of this organization are probably accurate - based on the interview process, I suggest asking for pay if you are going to do the test assignment and ensuring they don't take your work to use elsewhere.
