The first-round interview was great. It is focused on behavioral questions, and you will have to provide detailed descriptions of your internships and skills. I interviewed with a senior analyst of the company, and he was very friendly and easy to talk to. That said, I did not get to proceed to the second round because everyone from their previous intern class accepted their full-time offers.

I applied online, and then followed up with an in person interview. The process wasn't too strenuous, the people I interviewed with seemed nice and were open to answering any questions.
