The interview process was fairly straightforward and mostly personality-based. The team focused on getting to know how I approach problems and work with others. There was a technical assessment as part of the process, but the interviews themselves were more conversational. Everyone I spoke with had a very positive attitude and the overall experience felt collaborative and welcoming.
