I did a three hour trial shift in their Portsmouth restaurant. I was given a VERY brief education with regards to how it worked and where things were before being sent to front of house, dealing with customers and handling their orders and food.

I wasn't asked questions - I was just given a brief run through of things and then put to work in the restaurant in front of customers.

Entretien
There was three of us. We talked about ourselves. We then had to eat something off the menu and describe it to the manager, as if they were a customer. We then, as a group, had to do a presentation. In the end, we talked more about the job and then they showed us around the restaurant.
