The manager at the time was very professional yet friendly, which made me feel less nervous. She started off by telling me about the company and then she told me a little about herself and how long she had worked there and spoke highly of the owner, Russell Stout. She asked questions about employment history and what my expectations were as far as pay and benefits (they do not offer benefits). She explained the job duties for the position in which I had applied for and stated that this was a very fast paced work environment but certain times of the year, things would be slow. She asked that I sign the background check form and then thanked me for coming in and said I'd hear back within a couple of days once she was finished interviewing all candidates.
