They asked many questions, making sure my goals for the community met the high standards they require, and then let me know what they expected out of a lead receptionist.

How do I see myself, in this position, going above and beyond my "job description".
It was a pretty simple process. I spoke with a recruiter first on a phone call and then had a video interview with the lead receptionist at a different Storypoint location. Employees were really friendly and professional!

A "laid back" interview type. Management wants to make sure you share our 1440 attitude and are willing to fulfill all the job requirements. StoryPoint takes their hiring seriously. Employee attitude means everything to them.
