Was contacted by their HR dpt since my profile matched their requirements. Was put through a HR interview which was okay and then an interview with the CTO. He was smoking his vape during the interview which came off as cringy and very unprofessional. At the end of the interview I was told I'd have to prepare a 2h presentation about the product. When I enquired if my time would be compensated he was very surprised by it - most businesses do these presentations during training therefore my question. I could tell he was not happy with this so 3 days after the deadline for a response HR sent me a mail saying I wasn't a good fit for the role even though I was a good fit 2 weeks before. Ended up taking another offer and I feel like I dodged a bullet. Watch out for these start ups and read the earlier reviews. I believe they match the actual reality of the company better.
