Straight forward and quick, very typical for a retail position. As someone who has interviewed for this industry, it was very simple and not overwhelming or stressful at all. Come prepared to talk about yourself and be able to upsell your strengths

Entretien
Very easy, I applied on the website, got an interview fairly soon after. I was offered a job on the spot and we set up an appointment for my training in a few weeks. I did have to undergo a background check.

Entretien
Very simple interview conducted inside a Stop and Shop in MA. I had an initial phone interview with a hiring associated, and was then brought in for an in-person interview. The primary questions asked were why I wanted to work at Stop and Shop, did I have any previous experience in sales/customer service, and how would i be able to handle the job.
