Pros : The Director is probably the only one in the interview process who asked specific job related questions and seemed to understand the urgency of the hire and the responsibilities. Cons: Long interview process. These guys can't decide on how many candidates they should interview in the first place. They kept changing interview process and timeline. No communication in between the interview process from the Recruiter. My advice is don't interview here. They waste a lot of Candidate's precious time.They have made mistakes in the past and continue to do so
