i applied on linkedin in june last week. i got an email from talent acquisition recruiter in august for scheduling phone interview.
process:
1.phone interview
2.technical assessment
3.microsoft teams face2face interview
this position was likely to convert into full-time

Question 1
phone interview: some questions about visa and background, they want people without any visa restrictions.
just after the call i got another email with the technical assessment. the assessment was to parse details of customers from 3 csv files(contains millions of records). i had to write code to do this and submit it within 3 days. i did submit within 3 days and after that i got no reply from them.
negatives:
no proper requirements mentioned for the assessment
no proper deadline mentioned ( in the email it said saturday and the date was different)
got no replies from the recruiter(even for some doubts about the assessment)
i tried emailing the recruiter twice but got nothing

The employees exhibited rude and unprofessional behavior, often ridiculing you if you were unsure or had questions. This dismissive attitude created an awkward interview environment, discouraging inquiries and leaving you feeling belittled and disrespected.
