I interviewed for a position at the Kansas City office. It was a quick interview over teams and approximately 2 weeks later I was offered the job. The recruiter called me on a Friday and said the offer letter would the next business day. The letter didn’t come and he called me on a Tuesday, he explained there was a delay in the offer because of a decision from the CFO. He told me would get back to me before the end of week with information and hopefully I could start at the company. That never happened and the guy completely ghosted me, never responding to my emails or phone calls. Completely unprofessional. Take what they say with a grain of salt.
