Would like to say its straightforward, but the process was longer than it needed to be. On my first initial interview it was meant to be a Google Meets interview but the Interviewer completely didn't show up for the meeting and was ignoring my emails. Which showed me signs of disorganisation. I then was offered a second interview, where it was just a phonecall. The phone interview was okay and kinda more straightforward, but the interviewer seemed to be less interested in sneakers than I was, which sparked up flags for me. They then told me the role was part time when the one I applied for was advertised as full time.
