Phone interview was great. Met with interviewer in person and that went well too. She told me I passed with flying colors to her interview questions. It was her boss who I felt was unimpressed with me, unfortunately. He wanted to talk about himself more than the role itself or about the company. Overall round 3 went downhill as soon as we sat down.
