It takes months to even land an interview, then a few more months to begin work, from the acceptance of the position, which is a large downside, however, the interview itself was a Zoom that consisted of typical hiring questions. "Explain a time when..."

It was a simple interview, had to do mock styling then a zoom interview with hiring manager. Basic interview questions asked, basically looking for customer service experience for the job

Sent resume and heard nothing back. Re-applied 6 months later. Got an interview. In person-- had to bring a board for a specific client. Write a note in waiting room. Meet with 3 interviewees. pretty standard questions easy interview
