Ghosted after several times reaching out to both the HR Manager and Hiring Manager after three interviews. It seems like that’s common at Stitch Fix.
I wish I wanted have wasted my time with such an unprofessional organization.
The non-recruiter interviewer clearly wanted something that wasn't explicitly being asked in her questions. I hate when people aren't direct. But my big issue is that they ask for your home address right after the recruiter interview. That's so sus. They shouldn't ask for that until the offer stage.

Step 1: 30 min phone screen with hiring manager
Step 2: 4 45 min video calls with other engineers. 3 of the 4 calls were last minute rescheduled. The recruiter called to apologize. It was a mess, and I should have called it quits then. Lots of typical interview questions.
