Entretien
Typical investment banking interview; meet several people from several organizations. There are questions of varying difficulty, though it is clear that story and network within the firm can be most critical. I would emphasize demeanor and soft skills over technicals, though technical skills are commoditized and expected of the incoming class. It is also worth mentioning that the firm recruits from non-target schools on separate days, which means it can be harder as someone from a target school, competing with incoming hopefuls from a similar background, than it can be for someone from a non-target school competing on an off-cycle.
I interviewed with 2 associates and then moved on to a superday with the directors. The associates each conducted their own interview, not together, and the interviews with the directors were also individual interviews

First had a phone call with someone from their talent acquisition team, then I had a zoom with a Director on the team about a week later, then a couple weeks following there was a super day on zoom for the final few candidates with the MD's on the team

Entretien
First round was a CV screening through a recruiter (Greenwich partners). After the CV got screened, I was invited to an interview with the VP which consisted of standard investment banking technical questions.
