The process was overall very smooth and straight forward. I participated in the Superday which consisted of back to back interviews with two people in each room. The questions consisted of behavioral and technical questions.

I had a first round hirevue interview (mix of behavior, technical, and brain teaser questions) and super day. The super day was 3 rounds (2 normal, 1 technical) I went through diversity program so accelerated process. Prepare a good Why Stifel and Why IBD?
