They ask easy questions. About experience. Business model. Gross commissions for the prior year. Talked about compliance and whether I had any issues. Talked about the firm itself and offered a preliminary package.

Met with a regional manager. Brought a resume. They asked me questions about my background, career experience, personality traits etc. Overall the interview process was welcoming. I have felt supported and encouraged by the company in many different ways.

Spoke with branch manager, Recruiter and some employees. All interviews were engaging and helpful in my search process. A lot of opportunity for growth and flexibility here. Flown out to Saint Louis for a day of meetings with top management. Put up in a hotel at their expense. Nice atmosphere and very welcoming staff. Top flight presentations and accomodations.

Entretien
It is generally done on a branch basis and you might have to talk with a regional but for the most part its all done local. It is usually done with a producing manager so they are busy and just want to make sure you will be a good fit with the team and add value to the branch.
