The interview started with a generic phone interview. After a successful phone interview, a face-to-face interview was scheduled with the President, Executive Vice President, and Chief Finance & Operations Officer. From there, a third interview takes place for the candidates that make the cut where they are introduced to other employees to see how personalities match up.
