Applied online. Had a 30 minute call with head of team, asked competency based questions and asked to explain what I understood data protection to be. I received an email a day later inviting me to attend an interview person interview with both heads of departments. Did the interview then completed a task at the end of the interview such as taking a call from a resident. Received a call 2 working days later (4 days in total) informing me I had been shortlisted and had scored the highest ranking of 95%. Referencing took a few days (for me), and it took 2 weeks to receive an employment contract but the head of department and HR was extremely responsive and transparent during the process which was helpful.
