A friend referred me, I then filled out the online app. Next day had a 1:1 with the SM very general about my background and retail job at the time. Next day phone interview with the DM. More in depth management questions; very laid back. Next day, got the offer and accepted.

Entretien
First was a touch base with the Area Manager. Second was a scheduled in-person interview with a neighboring Area Manager. Third there was an interview with the Store manager and Area manager in person at once. Final decision was reached two days later.

I applied online and walked into the store to introduce myself. The manager was very energetic and did an immediate pre-screening. She set me up for an interview with her shortly after we spoke.
