Two step interview. The first with your direct report and the next with the Finance Director. Both were very relaxed and wanted to know my experience as well as have a feel for whether I could get along with the team. Technical questions were included as well.

Went for first stage interview arranged through recruitment agency, my impression was it was a good interview with lots of questions from both myself and employer however had no feedback at all whatsoever.
