Prescreening Call: After a couple of late replies from their HR, had a prescreening call for them to understand my profile, experience, and salary expectation - it was a standard and easy process (scheduled two weeks after the initial contact by them). Following up on the process for their shortlisting - no reply from HR yet. Overall, it seems HR communication is not in a timely manner and it leaves a negative impression on the company.
