The interview process was straightforward and respectful. Executive Leadership asked a lot of in-depth questions in the interview that showed that they are very sure of what they are looking for in hotel positions. Some questions required a lot of information, but the interviewers were attentive and inquisitive. This made me feel very comfortable discussing by background and goals.
