Telephone interview then face to face / teams call. Process was quick, phone interview heard back the same day, 2 days for teams meeting interview to hear back. Looking for very specific answers to every question asked. Even with financial assist/collections/debt advisor background.

If someone calls and their priority is paying off their debt as quickly as possible but they aren’t spending enough on food, how do you persuade them to spend more on food and less towards their debt

Really positive, the best interview process I've been through. Applied online through the portal, arranged a phone interview and then got invited to the assessment center with a group of around 10 people. Fast turnover time. Everything was explained in detail beforehand which was really helpful. Hardest bit was answering the more interview-style questions on the phone.

I had a telephone interview at first, followed by a day when I had to come into the office to do group activities, tests and role plays. The final interview was a competency based interview which was on a separate day.
