I was called by Human Resources. They found my resume online at Monster.com and asked if I was still interested in outside sales. I was then directed to a personality quiz. 2 days later I was scheduled for an in person interview with the Sales manager and a director of sales that flew to NY. 3 weeks later they called and offered me the position.
