I applied online and received an email to schedule a phone screen. Every time I logged into the website to schedule one, I saw a message saying, "All interview slots are full. Please continue to check back." or something to that effect. After a week, I called the 800 number listed in the email. The person I spoke with told me that they had scheduled me for a phone screen the next day (Wednesday) at 3:00 pm and I received a confirmation email with the same information. I prepared for the phone screen, but never received a call on Wednesday. When I called back to inquire about why I wasn't called, the representative told me that my phone interview was scheduled for Thursday at 1:00 pm and questioned the veracity of my email. Their HR exhibited stunning incompetence. Why waste my time asking me to schedule a phone screen if you aren't actually going to call? They are clearly unprofessional and uninterested in respecting candidates' time.

The initial phone interview with a recruiting company went well. They will send my responses to the recruiter at Stellantis and will hear I within 2 weeks to schedule a 2nd interview.
