30-minute recruiter phone call and then ghosted. Was told I would receive a follow up within 1-day but then never received any further communication. Overall not a good experience at all

1 on 1 interview followed by an in - person panel interview; both were a mix of behavioral and technical questions. Process took approximately 3 weeks from first interview to offer letter.
