Completely unprofessional. I was sent an invitation to interview with them, and the day before my interview, which was only 2 business days later, my interview was cancelled because they've decided to hire someone internally. If they were going to hire somebody internally this whole time, why even bother sending out an invite? And since they already sent the invite, why not follow through with the interview as a courtesy? I spent days preparing for it, and it's a blatant lack of respect for my time. I was initially very enthusiastic for this role and this company, but this whole experience has really left a bad taste in my mouth. If anybody from Stella ends up reading this, please do better.
