The lead mananger asked me if I knew how to run the different software they where running and how long it would take me to learn new software. She also asked me if I would be able to sit in a chair and answer the phone and be able to help customers be able to fix their issues on their computers. I thought that this was the best job in the world!!!!

What would you do if you had any issues learning the new sofware from John Deere?
I would appoligize for their busy day and if I could get their Number and I would leave them a message asap when I get their issues resolved. MY MANAGER said that was a NO NO too many calls comming in
