Went through 5 interview rounds in total with a sample work sample assignment which lacked a lot of clarity. After writing the sample in the last round it was said that the sample is not making any sense as you did not come back with clarifying questions. At first, the POC was someone else but in the end, POC was someone else. Even for any role the whole top management takes interviews and selects no one. No proper structure but inappropriately done from start to end with around 1 week waiting for all. Even after doing it no proper feedback was provided for rejection all it was said was that we find other candidates suitable, so please don't apply and waste your time.
