After applying online through Indeed, I was called to schedule an in-person interview within a week. I had two in-person interviews, both with the director of sales. He provided a shop tour and did 80% of the talking the first interview. When I asked for the job at the end, he said he wanted me to come back in for a second interview in a few days. After that, I was hired and started training the day after my job offer. Very quick process.
