The interview process was quick and seamless – the recruiters are fast paced, but you can tell that they care about finding people that will add to SteelHouse culture and will bring strong sales skillsets. The interviews with the team leaders were great – conversational, but also want a good understanding of your sales experience so far. They did a great job of describing the role, answering my questions, and giving me a sense of SteelHouse culture.

I had a very smooth and enjoyable interview process from start to finish! I was contacted on LinkedIn by a recruiter, and although I wasn't currently looking for a new opportunity, I told her that I was open to chatting. Everyone that I spoke to was enthusiastic about Steelhouse and its tech platform, and were more than happy to answer any questions I had and paint me a clear picture of what I could expect at the company. Ultimately, the combination of the benefits/compensation and the passion from the people I spoke to made me want to join the team!
