The recruiter was horrible. Had to keep refreshing her memory who I was when we spoke. Spoke about a half a dozen times. She either needs help to lessen her work load or find someone else who can do the job.

Very confusing. They want to do video interview but are not even close to be ready. Some questions were irrelevant and misleading. I wonder why their management turnover is extremely high and restaurant service is subpar.

Entretien
Applied online and was in contact with recruiter via email every day. The original interview was rescheduled but I was notified with plenty of time to rearrange my schedule. The interviewer was professional but relaxed, it felt very much like a conversation I would have with a colleague in the field. Very upfront about what they're looking for and what they expect. Just like any company should, they ask about what you know and like about the company and why you would be a good fit. Overall, it was a great experience.
