      Entretien facile

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Stay Online (Creedmoor, NC) en janv. 2020

      Entretien

I applied through LinkedIn and then had a phone interview and was then asked to come in for an in-person interview. I was in contact with the marketing director. She reached our right after the phone interview to schedule an in-person interview. I went down for the in-person interview. I only met with the marketing director, it was good lasted about an hour and she showed me around the office. After that I sent a thank you email and never heard from the company again. I am assuming at this point since it has been over a month since my interview that they went in a different direction. I find this behavior extremely unprofessional and at this point, I would not recommend working for a company that cannot tell interview candidates that they went with a different person. It is extremely unprofessional.

      Candidature

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Stay Online (Creedmoor, NC)

      Entretien

I was contacted by a recruiter for a position to gauge my interest. After an interview with the recruiter, I was then interviewed by their HR manager then thier CFO. They asked basic questions and it appeared they were unsure of what they actually wanted. I was asked to come to an onsight interview in which I spoke with thier HR manager and CFO again but also spoke with their newly appointed CEO. The whole process was a bit antiquated and disorganized on their part (the recruiter was very much the opposite and my experience with her was fantastic). The issue I have found is that non-marketing people do not understand the complexities and cross-functionality that goes along with the position and how it can drive multiple processes both internally and externally. Ultimately, they decided to go a different direction, but their lack of organization and direction left a lot to be desired. It is also worth mentioning that this process lasted months (approx. 3.5 in total), giving they had ample time to prepare so, in the end, I felt like they wasted my time.
