HR contacted me by email to schedule an interview 2 days after I applied online. I had a face-to-face interview with HR and then another with the hiring manager the same week. The first interview was a group interview followed by a 10 minute one-on-one discussion afterwards. The second interview was very short as well, and there was a hard stop after 30 minutes. They are a small company, but it seems they try so hard to be "different" that they eschew professional norms entirely.
