Called for a phone interview, went in for a second interview and had a one on one with the person who was to be my supervisor. I was called back for a second interview with multiple supervisors and upper management. I then had to complete a drug and background assessment. They walked me through the building. I pretty much knew I was hired then because they are very secretive about their information. They don't just allow anyone to be walking around and visiting.
