Pretty straight forward process, one phone call with someone at HR asking about your resume, just repeat what is on your resume and you are fine. Next part is meeting with an AVP and an officer, someone who has been at the company for longer than 3 years. They ask normal question you would find online and ask personality questions to see if you will be a good fit for the company. Go to any job site and read about interviews and you will be prepared enough. It's ok not knowing too much about the job they train you from the ground up
