Applied online and it took few weeks before i was contacted for a phone interview which i was successful. it took another few weeks for a face to face interview with the hiring managers, and was told i will be contacted in few days. i received a call in a week saying i got the offer.

1) Phone call with basic concepts
2)Phone call with basic concepts plus questions regarding what would you do if I will find in this situation?
3) Video call technical concepts, really basic
