No video interview or apt test. 1 interview divided into 2 sessions. 1 interviewer per session. Self Introduction followed by a few brain teasers. Interviewer will guide interviewee in answering the questions and tell how would they answer the question.

1 round of hr screening, followed by 1 round of phone interview and then final round of onsite with 4 people. all interviews are around 30 min each person.
