J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez State Street (Boston, MA) en sept. 2009
Entretien
1. HR called and requested I come in for an interview.
2. After some phone tag it was scheduled.
3.1 - Met with hiring manager and select staff one on one for a total of 2 hours.
3.2 - Met with hiring manager and select addtional staff
3.3 - Met with Managing Directors (2)
4 - Offer made
The company gave me a very positive impression as a whole. I understand that operations is not where people thrive, if you will. If you are able to grab a job in one of more desirable divisions do it. The people are bright and motivated.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
What is an example where you have used measures to dictate the outcome of a situation? shortterm and longterm.
Though initially technical, the junior-role interviews focused on behavior. They prioritized cultural fit and strong communication skills over deep technical expertise to ensure the right candidate was selected. Overall, the interview was not difficult but you need to prepare.

Question 1
Ask about prior and related experience. Not technical questions, overall market knowledge.
one conversation with the recruiter followed by a 6-8 person panel interview. very conversational, already knew the team via internship. No technical questions were asked, just wanted to know how i think/why join the specific business unit.
Started with self intro in HR round.
After that second round scheduled for technical round. Again self intro was done and resume walkthrough. Later past work experience is discussion happened
